摘 要:定密是保密工作的前提和基础,工作量大、定密不准是当前定密工作中存在的主要困难。文章将自然语言理解、数据挖掘、模式识别等人工智能新技术引入到定密工作中,重点研究基于信息抽取的关键词检索、基于人工神经网络的定密规则推导和基于不确定推理的辅助定密技术,设计计算机辅助定密系统对电子文件涉密密级、知悉范围和保密期限进行确定,为定密责任人开展各项工作提供计算机辅助决策手段。Determination of confidentiality is the premise and basis of the work of confidentiality.In this paper,the natural language understanding,data mining,pattern recognition and artificial intelligence,new technology is introduced into the secret work.The key research is focused on information extraction based keyword retrieval,artificial neural network based inference of secret determination rules and uncertain reasoning based auxiliary secret determination technology.The computer aided secret determination system is designed to determine the confidentiality level,scope of knowledge and confidentiality period of electronic documents,so as to provide computer-aided decision-making means for the persons responsible for secret determination to carry out various work.
