上消化道出血患者的临床护理探析

摘　　要：目的:分析上消化道出血患者的临床护理情况。方法:选取我院收治的上消化道出血患者92例,将其分为观察组和对照组各46例,观察组患者应用优质护理,对照组应用常规护理,对比两组护理效果。结果:观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:上消化道出血患者的临床护理中选择优质护理方式,给予患者综合、高效的护理干预能够更好的缓解患者临床症状,促进上消化道出血患者病情好转,临床应用效果良好,值得推广使用。Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:A total of 92 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into observation group and control group,46 patients.The observation group received high-quality nursing and the control group received routine nursing.Compare the effects of the two groups.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high quality nursing method is selected in the clinical nursing of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage.The comprehensive and effective nursing intervention can better alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,promote the improvement of patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,and the clinical application effect is good.It is worth promoting.
