小儿腹股沟斜疝嵌顿手法复位临床体会

摘　　要：目的:试分析小儿腹股沟斜疝嵌顿手法复位的临床应用以及推广价值。方法:选择2014年1月~2016年12月期间前来诊断的15例小儿腹股沟斜疝患儿资料,对12例患儿均采取嵌顿手法复位的方式,另外的3例患儿由于病情严重转至上级医院手术治疗。结果:采取嵌顿手法复位的12例患儿在复位之后均没有出现并发症或者是后遗症,而转诊手术的3例患儿当中随访发现有2例复发,且其中一名患儿出现了肠梗阻现象。结论:针对小儿腹股沟斜疝疾病,采用正确的手法进行复位,可以减少患儿痛苦。Objective:To analyze the clinical application and popularization value of manual reduction for indirect inguinal hernia incarceration in children.Methods:15 cases of children with indirect inguinal hernia diagnosed from January 2014 to December 2016 were selected.All 12 cases were treated by incarceration reduction.The other 3 cases were transferred to higher hospitals for surgical treatment because of their serious condition.Result:There were no complications or sequelae in 12 children treated with incarcerated reduction.Two of the 3 children who underwent referral surgery had recurrence,and one of them had intestinal obstruction.Conclusion:For children with indirect inguinal hernia disease,correct reduction can reduce the pain of children.
