摘 要:设计制作了一种基于细芯光纤(Thin-core Fiber,TCF)和球形结构的干涉型光纤传感器.将一根单模光纤和一根细芯光纤熔接,然后在另一条单模光纤上制作球形结构,再与该细芯光纤熔接,制成传感单元.利用纤芯模和包层模的干涉,实现了对温度和压力的传感.实验结果表明,两个干涉谷Dip1和Dip2的温度灵敏度分别为0.0561 nm/℃和0.0542 nm/℃,压力敏感度分别为0.0418 nm/N,0.0306 nm/N.由于两个干涉谷的温度、压力灵敏度分别不同,所以可以利用敏感矩阵实现温度、压力双参量的同时测量。An interferometric optic fiber sensor based on thin core fiber(TCF)and spherical structure is designed and experimentally demonstrated.A single mode fiber(SMF)is welded with a TCF.A spherical structure is fabricated on one end of another SMF.Then the spherical structure is welded with the TCF mentioned above and the sensing unit is got.Temperature and pressure sensing are realized based on interference of core mode and cladding mode.Experimental results show that the temperature sensitivities of two interference valleys(Dip1 and Dip2)are 0.0561 nm/℃and 0.0542 nm/℃,respectively.And the pressure sensitivities of Dip1 and Dip2 are 0.0418 nm/N and 0.0306 nm/N,respectively.It can be seen that the temperature sensitivities of two interference valleys are different.So do the two interference valleys′pressure sensitivity.So simultaneous measurement of temperature and pressure can be realized by sensitive matrix.
