摘　　要：目的:研究微创技术治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2014年5月至2019年5月收治的122例急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭病人为研究组,98例开放性的手术治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭病人为对照组。对照组进行开放手术治疗,包括:输尿管切口术,单纯肾造痿术和肾切开取石术等,根据病情采用相适应的手术方式。研究组采取输尿管镜微创手术治疗。对比研究组和对照组手术时间和一次性结石清除率。对比研究组和对照组并发症发生率。观察和随访临床效果。结果:研究组的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),而研究组对对照组的一次性结石清除率没有显著性差别(P>0.05)。并发症主要包括:尿路感染,尿漏和疼痛等。研究组并发症总发病率(2.46%)低于对照组(9.18%)(P<0.05)。尿路梗阻解除后,全身状况好转,尿量增加。复查超声肾积水消失,或明显减轻。结论:输尿管镜术治疗急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭,创伤小,安全有效,可作为急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭首选治疗方式。Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of minimally invasive technique on acute obstructive renal failure.Methods:All together 122 patients with acute obstructive renal failure admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to May 2019 were enrolled and assigned to the study group.98 patients with open surgery for acute obstructive renal failure were enrolled as the control group.The control group was treated with open operation,including ureterotomy,nephrostomy and nephrolithotomy.The appropriate operation was adopted according to the condition.The study group was treated by minimally invasive technique with ureteroscopy.The operation time and stone removal rate of the two groups was compared.The incidence of complications was compared.Results:The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant differences in stone removal rate between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).Complications mainly included urinary tract infection,urinary leakage,and pain.The total incidence of complications of the study group(2.46%)was less than that of the control group(9.18%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive technique with ureteroscopy is safe and effective in the treatment of acute obstructive renal failure.
