摘 要:以子二代中华鲟(Acipenser sinensis)为实验对象,研究不同氨氮浓度(0.01、0.5、1.0、2.0 mg·L^-1)慢性胁迫(60 d)对鱼体生长、抗氧化及免疫指标的影响。结果显示,子二代中华鲟的增重率和特定生长率随氨氮浓度的增加而逐渐降低(P<0.05),而脏体比、肝体比和肥满度无显著性变化(P>0.05)。在抗氧化指标中,血清和肝脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)活性及谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量随氨氮浓度的增加呈逐渐降低的趋势,而丙二醛(MDA)含量呈升高趋势。免疫指标中,随着氨氮浓度的升高,血清、肝脏溶菌酶(LZM)活性及免疫球蛋白M (IgM)含量均显著下降(P<0.05)。结果表明,慢性氨氮胁迫显著抑制了子二代中华鲟的生长,降低了鱼体的抗氧化能力和免疫能力,研究结果对了解中华鲟氨氮胁迫反应以及其健康养殖具有重要的借鉴意义。Chinese sturgeon Acipenser sinensis is a kind of large-scale upstream spawning fish, which is listed as the national first-class protected animals. In recent years,due to the influence of human activities, the natural population of Acipenser sinensis has been seriously degraded. Artificial propagation and release is an effective means to restore the natural population of Acipenser sinensis. However,in the process of artificial breeding,the ammonia nitrogen in the aquaculture water often exceeds the standard, which causes a certain degree of chronic ammonia-nitrogen stress on Chinese sturgeon,and also frequent diseases. This has become one of the main factors restricting the healthy breeding of Acipenser sinensis. There have been many reports on the effects of acute ammonia-nitrogen stress on fish,shrimps,crabs,cephalopods and echinoderms. However,studies on the chronic toxicity of ammonia nitrogen on Acipenser sinensis have not been reported. To evaluate the effects of chronic ammonia stress on growth,antioxidative and immunity indices of Acipenser sinensis,the fish were exposed to different ammonia nitrogen levels(0.01, 0.5,1.0,2.0 mg·L^-1) for 60 days. Then,the paramaters including growth,antioxidative and immunity indices were measured. Results showed that the weight gain rate(WGR) and specific growth rate(SGR) of F2 Chinese sturgeon gradually decreased with the increase of ammonia concentration(P<0.05),but there was no significant change in viserosomatic index(VSI),hepatosomatic index(HSI) and condition factor(CF). For the antioxidative indexes,the SOD,CAT,T-AOC activity and GSH content in serum and liver gradually decreased with the increase of ammonia concentration,while MDA content increased. For the immune indexes,the LZM activity and IgM content in serum and liver decreased significantly with the increase of ammonia nitrogen concentration(P<0.05).These results suggested that the chronic ammonia stress significantly inhibited the growth of the fish,and reduced the antioxidative and immunity capacity of F
