摘  要:采用传统环锭纺工艺,将聚醚酯(PEE)和聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)共混体弹性短纤维纺制成弹性纱,研究弹性纤维纺纱工艺的原理和参数的选择,分析弹性短纤维和弹性纱的应力-应变行为及其弹性回复性,按照高柳素夫的方式给出了PEE-PBT共混体弹性的力学模型,可以解释制得纤维和纱线的高弹性。实验表明:由该聚醚酯共混体短纤维制造的弹性纱,在定伸长15%时,弹性回复率仍大于95%;而对该弹性纱循环拉伸后的弹性回复测试表明:在6次循环拉伸20%后的弹性回复率仍达到了90%,采用弹性短纤维可以成功纺制弹性纱。Elastic staple yarn was spun from blends of poly(ether ester)(PEE)and poly(butylene terephthalate)(PBT)by the traditional ring spinning process.The principle of the ring spinning process for elastic yarn and the selection of process parameters were discussed.The stress strain and elastic recovery behaviors of elastic staple fibers and elastic yarns were investigated.The mechanical model of elastic yarns in PEE PBT blends was given according Takayanagi′s way which could explain the rubber like elasticity of the fiber and yarn from the blend.Experiments show that the elastic recovery of the elastic yarn made of the blend staple fiber was still higher than 95%at a constant elongation of 15%while the elastic recovery of the elastic yarn after 6 times of cyclic stretching was still larger than 90%at 20%elongation.This is the first report on the successful spinning of elastic yarns from staple fibers with intrinsic elasticity in textile industry at home and abroad.
