毛衫仿手编花型创意设计与编织工艺

摘　　要：通过分析手工编织中长短针、立针、环编立针、棱纹针、贝壳针等针法,及拉线、打结、换线、藏缝等工艺及组织结构形成法则、组织肌理效果,利用琪利工艺设计软件对手编织物肌理效果进行解构分析,并结合毛衫组织设计原则,对仿手编组织成形方法进行创意设计及编织工艺研究,开发出多种肌理风格的仿手编织物。结合花型制版原图阐述了仿手编织物的编织原理和工艺设计要点,为毛衫设计师对毛衫的组织设计提供一定参考。In this paper,the various methods of needles were analyzed such as long and short needles,vertical needles,loop knitting needles,ribbed needles,and shell needles,as well as the techniques of drawing,knotting,changing lines,and seams.The texture effect of the knitted fabrics were analyzed via a design software from FUZHOU QILI Software Co.,Ltd.Based on the design principles,the sweater imitation hand knitted methods were designed and investigated to develop a variety of sweater imitation hand knitted patterns.The key points of the process design and the knitting principle were presented by the pattern making original drawings.The study provides some references for sweater designer on knitted pattern design.
