无梭织机废布边固结方法及其装置

摘　　要：为改善无梭织机废布边重复利用成本高、增值小等问题,设计了一套废布边经纬固结装置。详细介绍了该装置的组成和工作原理,说明了各个部件之间的相互配合关系。该装置利用电热对辊对无梭织机废布边进行加热、挤压、固结,增加经纬纱之间的结合力,使得废布边满足一定的力学要求,可被加工成附加值相对较高的产品。用生产实例阐述了固结后的废布边应用效果,同时该装置对织机设备改动小,不影响其效率和坯布质量。The reusing of waste selvage of shuttleless loom is high cost and low value-added.In order to solve this problem,a warp and weft consolidation device for waste edge of shuttleless loom was designed.The composition and working principle of the device were introduced in detail.Electrothermal roller was used in this device to heat,extrude and consolidate the waste fabric edge of shuttleless loom to increase the bonding force between warp and weft yarns,so that the waste fabric edge can be processed into products with relatively high added value.The application effect was demonstrated with production examples,which has little modification to loom equipment and does not affect its efficiency and grey fabric quality.
