兔毛纤维的研究现状与发展

摘　　要：针对当前兔毛纤维的研究现状和发展问题,从兔毛纤维分类、组成及微观结构、性能和应用、抱合力改进4个方面对其进行研究。得出:兔毛纤维种类多样,但总体兔毛由鳞片层、皮质层、髓质层3个部分组成,且蛋白质含量极高;兔毛纤维具有亲肤、高弹、保暖、透湿、抗菌等特性,但也存在染色性能差等缺点;利用混纺法、表面改性、改进仪器设备3种方法可以解决兔毛纤维可纺性差等问题,从而增大了兔毛纤维的使用价值,也扩大了其在毛纺领域的应用,为兔毛的有效应用及其产品开发提供了参考。In view of the current research status and development problems of rabbit hair fiber,the classification,composition and microstructure,properties and application,and the improvement method of holding force were studied.The results showed that the variety of rabbits result in a variety of rabbit hair fibers,but the overall rabbit hair fiber was composed of a scale layer,a leather layer and a medulla layer,and the protein content was very high;The rabbit hair fiber has the characteristics of skin-friendly,high-elasticity,warm-keeping,moisture-permeable and the like,but also has the defects of poor dyeing property and the like;The problems of poor spinnability of rabbit hair fiber could be solved by mixing spinning method,surface modification and improvement of instrument and equipment,thus increasing the application value of rabbit hair fiber and expanding its application in wool spinning field,which provided a reference for the effective application of rabbit hair and the development of its products.
