摘 要:为降低碳排放量,通过富氧燃烧技术回收处理生产生活中产生的二氧化碳。可燃极限是燃烧研究的主要内容之一。多组分燃料天然气-氢气混合气在O2/CO2气氛下可燃极限的研究尤为重要。文章研究了甲烷与氢气混合气体在O2/CO2气氛下的可燃下极限,主要研究了掺氢比和二氧化碳浓度对CH4/H2混合气体可燃下极限的影响。结果表明:随着掺氢比的增大,CH4/H2混合气体可燃下极限不断上升后趋于平稳地非线性增长,增幅30%~40%;随二氧化碳浓度的增加,CH4/H2混合气体的可燃下极限从7%增加到14%。In order to reduce carbon emissions,use oxy-combustion technology to recover and process the carbon dioxide produced in production.The flammability limit study is one of the main content of combustion research.The research on the flammability limit of multi-component fuel natural gas-hydrogen mixture gas in O2/CO2 atmosphere is especially important.The flammability lower limit of methane and hydrogen mixed gas in O2/CO2 atmosphere was studied.The effects of hydrogen doping ratio and CO2 concentration on the flammability lower limit of CH4/H2 mixed gas were studied.The results show that with the increase of hydrogen doping ratio,the flammable limit of CH4/H2 gas mixture is a non-linear growth that tends to be stable after increasing,increasing by 30%~40%;with the increase of CO2 concentration,CH4/H2 The flammability lower limit of the mixed gas increased from 7% to 14%.
