摘  要:研究发现,近年南川百合资源呈明显下降趋势,评估为易危(VU)等级.以鳞茎为外植体进行芽的诱导、增殖培养,筛选出培养配方:MS+6-BA 1.4 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+白糖30 g/L+琼脂7.0 g/L,pH=5.8;壮苗、生根培养基:MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+香蕉泥15 g/L+活性炭0.1%+白糖40 g/L,pH=5.8;可以实现南川百合快繁和资源保护.It was found in a study reported in this paper that the resources of Lilium rosthornii Diels showed a significant downward trend in recent years and was evaluated as of the vulnerable grade(VU).Then,the bulbs of L.rosthornii were used as explants in tissue culture for bud induction and proliferation,and the best medium selected was MS+6-BA 1.4 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+sugar 30 g/L+agar 7.0 g/L at a pH of 5.8.The optimum medium for rooting was MS+NAA 0.3 mg/L+mashed banana 15 g/L+active carbon 0.1%+sugar 40 g/L at pH 5.8.With these methods,L.rosthornii rapid propagation and resource conservation can be realized.
