摘 要:2019年10月12日,广西北流与广东化州交界的山区发生5.2级地震,是该地区近年来发生的一次显著中强地震。2016年实施的《中国地震动参数区划图》是中国地震局服务社会的一项重要成果,极具社会影响。该文试图从历代地震区划的演化,分析广西北流MS5.2地震的地震构造背景和地震区划成果在震后趋势判定、稳定社会等方面的作用。结果表明:北流地震震中区的地震动峰值加速度略小于基本地震动峰值加速度值,满足"小震不坏,中震可修"的抗震设防要求;当遭遇罕遇地震动和极罕遇地震动时,该地区的地震烈度相当于Ⅷ度,采取抗震构造措施的农村民居,可最大限度地减轻地震灾害风险。On October 12,2019,an MS5.2 earthquake occurred in a mountainous area at the junction of Beiliu,Guangxi Province and Huazhou,Guangdong Province,which is a significant moderate strong earthquake occurred in the region recently.The "seismic ground motion parameter zonation map of China"implemented in 2016 is an important achievement of the China Earthquake Administration in serving the society and has a great social impact.This paper attempts to analyze the seismic background of the Beiliu MS5.2 earthquake from the evolution of the historical seismic zoning map,and to find the role of the seismic zoning map in determining aftershocks tendency and stabilizing society.The results show that the level of ground motion in the epicenter area of the Beiliu earthquake is slightly lower than that of the basic ground motion,and can withstand the trial of"no-damage under light earthquake,repairable under medium earthquake".When experiencing the rare ground motion and extremely rare ground motion,the seismic intensity in this area is equiv to Ⅷ degree,rural building with anti-seismic measures can minimize the risk of earthquake disasters.
