摘 要:针对实验型离子迁移谱仪(IMS)开发了一套基于PC机和数据采集卡的通用测控系统。系统主要包括数据采集、离子门控制,温度检测和控制等。采用PCI2003和VB开发工具,配合多种迁移管和进样器,在电离源为63Ni 15mCi箔片,迁移区长度11 cm,电场强度301 V/cm,漂移气和载气均为空气的条件下,对TNT样品进行测试。结果表明该方案在大气污染物、爆炸物的IMS检测技术的研究中发挥重要作用。A general measurement and control system based on PC and data acquisition card was developed for experimental ion mobility spectrometer(IMS).The system mainly included data acquisition,ion gate control,temperature detection and control.With PCI2003 and VB development tools,combined with a variety of migration tubes and injectors.Under the condition that the ionization source was 63Ni 15mCi foil,the length of migration zone was 11cm,the electric field strength was 301 V/cm,and the drift gas and carrier gas were air,the TNT sample was tested.It shows that the scheme plays an important role in IMS detection technology for atmospheric pollutants,explosives and drugs.
