摘  要:针对高速滚珠丝杠进给系统热源分布广、有线监测方式布线困难、热误差数据难以获取的问题,设计一种滚珠丝杠热误差在线监测系统。该系统通过传感标签和读写器实现温度数据无线收发,基于LabVIEW开发的上位机系统采用RS232串口对热误差数据实时存储。实验表明该系统测量精度高,运行稳定可靠,适用于丝杠进给系统多热源分布的实时在线测量。Aiming at the problem that the heat source of the high-speed ball screw feed system is widely distributed and the thermal error data of the wired monitoring mode is difficult to obtain,an on-line monitoring system for the ball screw thermal error was designed.The system realizes wireless data transmission and reception through sensor tags and readers.The host computer system developed based on LabVIEW used RS232 serial port to store thermal error data in real time.Experiments show that the system has high measurement accuracy,stable and reliable operation,and is suitable for real-time online measurement of multiple heat source distribution in screw feed system.
