摘 要:介绍了油基钻屑的来源、组成、危害、处理方法以及热脱附技术研究进展与应用。综述了热脱附原理与工艺,并重点分析了钻屑性质、处理温度、停留时间、载气流速或压差、添加剂对油基钻屑处理效果的影响。讨论了当前热脱附处理油基钻屑存在处理过程能耗高、废气二次污染、废热回收利用率低等问题,提出针对油基钻屑性质选取合适的改性添加剂、提高传质传热效率、探究协同效应机理等油基钻屑高效节能处理的改进方向。In this paper,the source,composition,hazards and treatment methods of oil-based drill cuttings as well as the research progress and application of thermal desorption technology were introduced.The principle and technology of thermal desorption were summarized,and the effects of heating temperature,residence time and raw material properties on the treatment of oil-based drill cuttings were emphatically analyzed.The problems existing in the thermal desorption treatment of oil-based drilling cuttings were discussed such as high energy consumption,secondary pollution of flue gas,and the low recycling efficiency of waste heat.As a result,the developing trend for realizing efficient and energy-saving treatment of oil-based drilling cuttings was raised including adding modified additives,enhancing mass and heat transfer efficiency,and the research on the synergistic effect was summarized.
