榛花消肾安胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠尿酸水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨榛花消肾安胶囊对实验性糖尿病大鼠尿酸水平的影响.方法:将70只wistar雄性大鼠适应性喂养1周后,随机分为造模组(60只)和正常对照组(10只).造模组以单次大剂量腹腔注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)方法制备实验性糖尿病大鼠模型,将造模成功的51只大鼠随机分为糖尿病模型对照组(11只),中药高、中、低剂量组(各10只),西药对照组(10只).中药高、中、低剂量组分别以1 g/(kg·d)、0.5 g/(kg·d)、0.25 g/(kg·d)剂量予榛花消肾安胶囊混悬液灌胃;西药对照组以20 mg/(kg·d)剂量予厄贝沙坦混悬液灌胃,连续灌胃12周.比色法测定血清、尿中尿酸水平.结果:糖尿病模型对照组血清尿酸(SUA)水平明显高于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,中药高剂量组SUA水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).糖尿病模型对照组尿尿酸(UUA)水平高于正常对照组,与模型对照组比较,中药高剂量组UUA水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:榛花消肾安胶囊能够降低实验性糖尿病大鼠SUA水平,对肾脏具有保护作用.Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhenhua Xiaoshen'an capsule on uric acid level in experimental diabetic rats.Methods:70 male wistar rats were randomly divided into the model group(n=60)and the normal control group(n=10)after adaptive feeding for one week.The experimental DM rat model was prepared by a single high-dose intraperitoneal injection of STZ,51 rats with successful modeling were randomly divided into DM model control group(11 rats),Chinese medicine high,medium and low dose groups(10 each)and western medicine control group(10 rats).The high,middle and low doses of Chinese medicine were administered to the suspension of Zhenhua Xiaoshen'an capsules at a dose of 1 g/(kg·d),0.5 g/(kg·d)and 0.25 g/(kg·d)respectively.The western medicine control group was given irbesartan suspension at a dose of 20 mg/(kg·d)for 12 weeks.Determination of uric acid levels in serum and urine by colorimetry.Results:The level of SUA in DM model control group was significantly higher than the normal control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared with the model control group,the level of SUA in the high dose group of Chinese medicine was significantly lower than the model control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of UUA in DM model control group was higher than the normal control group.Compared with the model control group,the UUA level in high dose group was significantly higher than model control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:ZhenHua Xiaoshen'an capsule can reduce the level of SUA in experimental diabetic rats and has protective effect on kidney.
