慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压患者应用缬沙坦及雷公藤总苷片治疗的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压患者应用缬沙坦及雷公藤总苷片治疗的临床效果.方法:2018年5月-2019年5月收治慢性肾小球肾炎合并高血压患者120例,随机分为两组各60例.对照组采用贝那普利、缬沙坦治疗;研究组采用雷公藤总苷片干预.对比两组患者血压及肾功能等指标水平.结果:两组患者治疗前血压水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后血压水平改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗前肾功能各项指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后肾功能各项指标水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用缬沙坦治疗合并高血压的慢性肾小球肾炎效果显著,可有效改善患者血压水平,促进肾脏功能的恢复.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of valsartan and tripterygium glycoside tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hypertension.Methods:From May 2018 to may 2019,120 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and hypertension were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 60 cases in each.The control group was treated with benazepril and valsartan,and the study group was treated with tripterygium glycoside tablets,we compared the blood pressure and renal function indexes of the two groups.Results:The blood pressure level of the two groups before treatment was compared,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the improvement of blood pressure level in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The renal function indexes of the two groups before treatment were compared,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the renal function of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Valsartan was effective in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis with hypertension,it can effectively improve the blood pressure level and promote the recovery of renal function.
