石杉碱甲联合美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病的有效性及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨石杉碱甲+美金刚治疗阿尔茨海默病的临床效果及安全性.方法:收治阿尔茨海默病患者120例,按数字奇偶法分为两组各60例.比照组给予石杉碱甲治疗;试验组给予石杉碱甲+美金刚治疗.比较两组用药效果.结果:试验组治疗总有效率显著高于比照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:阿尔茨海默病患者临床接受石杉碱甲+美金刚治疗,效果显著.Objective:To investigate the clinical effect and safety of huperzine A and memantine in the treatment of patients with alzheimer's disease.Methods:120 cases of alzheimer's patients were selected,they were divided into the two groups by digital parity method with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with huperzine A,while the experimental group was treated with huperzine A and memantine.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients with Alzheimer's disease receive clinical treatment with huperzine A and memantine can get significant results.
