摘　　要：目的:对可吸收内固定物在治疗儿童肱骨外髁骨折的临床应用效果进行探讨.方法:2012年1月-2017年10月收治肱骨外髁骨折患儿40例,随机数字表法分为两组各20例.对照组采用克氏针内固定治疗;观察组采用可吸收内固定物治疗.对比两组肘关节功能恢复情况.结果:观察组肘关节总优良率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对肱骨外髁骨折患儿采用可吸收内固定物治疗,肘关节功能恢复良好.Objective:To discuss the clinical application effect of absorbable internal fixation in the treatment of children with humeral lateral condyle fracture.Methods:From January 2012 to October 2017,40 children with humeral lateral condyle fracture were selected,random number table method was divided into two groups of 20 cases each.The control group was treated with Kirschner wire internal fixation.The observation group was treated with absorbable internal fixation.The recovery of elbow joint function was compared between the two groups.Results:The total excellent and good rate of the elbow joint in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Absorbable internal fixation is used in children with humeral lateral condyle fracture,and the function of elbow joint is recovered well.
