摘　　要：目的:研究连续性血液净化治疗危重症疾病合并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的临床效果.方法:2017年6月-2019年3月收治危重症疾病合并严重ARDS患者59例,他们被随机分为两组.对照组采用传统治疗方式;观察组采用连续性血液净化治疗.对比两组氧合指数、血清降钙素原(PCT)水平及存活率.结果:观察组与对照组相比氧合指数与存活率均比较高,血清PCT水平较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:连续性血液净化治疗危重疾病合并严重ARDS有较好临床效果,可以有效改善多项指标水平,能显著提升患者存活率.Objective:To study the clinical effect of continuous blood purification in the treatment of critical diseases complicated with ARDS.Methods:From June 2017 to March 2019,59 patients with severe ARDS were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional methods and the observation group with continuous blood purification.The oxygenation index,serum PCT level and survival rate were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,the oxygen index and survival rate of the observation group were higher and the level of serum PCT was lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous blood purification for the treatment of critical diseases combined with severe ARDS has a good clinical effect,it can effectively improve the level of multiple indicators and significantly improve patient survival rate.
