超声定位下经皮肾镜碎石治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:观察超声定位下经皮肾镜碎石术(PCNL)用于治疗输尿管上段结石的效果.方法:2015年6月-2018年6月收治输尿管上段结石患者92例,利用超声诊断仪确定输尿管上段结石患者的结石位置,结合定位结果设定经皮肾穿刺位点与穿刺路径,观察并记录患者临床疗效及并发症情况等.结果:入组病例均在超声定位下顺利完成PCNL治疗,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期碎石清除率分别为94.57%、5.23%;手术时间为46~128 min,出血量为42~147 mL,并发症发生率为6.52%,无患者出现肾积水.结论:在超声定位下输尿管上段结石患者行PCNL治疗Ⅰ期碎石清除率较高,且治疗过程相对安全可靠.Objective:To observe the effect of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy(PCNL)on the treatment of upper ureter calculi.Methods:From June 2015 to June 2018,92 patients with upper ureter calculi were treated.We used the ultrasonic diagnostic instrument to determine the location of stones in patients with upper ureter calculi,and set the puncture site and puncture path of percutaneous kidney combined with the results of localization.The clinical efficacy and complications of the patient were observed.Results:All the cases were treated with PCNL under the ultrasonic location.The clearance rates of the stageⅠandⅡwere 94.57%and 5.23%.The operative time was 46~128 min;the blood loss was 42~147 mL;the complication rate was 6.52%;no patient had hydronephrosis.Conclusion:In the patients with upper ureteral calculi,PCNL is effective in the treatment of stageⅠand the treatment process is relatively safe and reliable.
