摘　　要：目的:分析复方丹参片治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓的效果.方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治口腔黏膜扁平苔藓患者72例,随机分为两组各36例.常规组使用常规西药治疗;试验组在此基础上使用复方丹参片治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:试验组症状改善率优于常规组,不良反应发生率、复发率均低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:复方丹参片治疗口腔黏膜扁平苔藓效果较好,可快速改善患者临床症状,且不良反应发生率、复发率较低.Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Tablet in the treatment of lichen planus of oral mucosa.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,72 patients with lichen planus of oral mucosa were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 36 cases in each.The conventional group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Compound Danshen Tablets on this basis.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the improvement rate of symptoms was better than that in the conventional group,and the incidence and recurrence rate of adverse reactions were lower than those in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Compound Danshen Tablet in the treatment of lichen planus of oral mucosa was good,it can quickly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and the incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rate were low.
