中药熏蒸法联合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏蒸法联合针灸治疗颈肩腰腿痛的临床疗效.方法:2011年4月-2018年2月收治颈肩腰腿痛患者90例,随机分为两组.针灸+熏蒸组采取针灸疗法加上中药熏蒸法治疗;针灸组采取针灸疗法治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:针灸+熏蒸组疗效、肩颈活动恢复正常时间、功能受限积分、腰腿痛消失的时间、肿胀积分、正常工作的时间、疼痛积分均优于针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:针灸疗法联合中药熏蒸法治疗颈肩腰腿痛效果理想.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with acupuncture in the treatment of neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain.Methods:90 patients with neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain were selected from April 2011 to February 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The acupuncture and moxibustion group was treated with acupuncture and Chinese medicine fumigation,the acupuncture group was treated with acupuncture.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The therapeutic effect,recovery time of shoulder and neck movement,function limited points,time of disappearance of lumbago and leg pain,swelling score,the normal working time and pain score were better than those of the acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal fumigation is effective in the treatment of neck shoulder pain or lumbocrural pain.
