不同血液净化护理模式对尿毒症患者净化效果及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同血液净化护理模式在尿毒症患者血液净化中的临床效果.方法:2018年5月-2019年5月选取血液净化治疗尿毒症患者82例,随机分为两组各41例.对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用全面护理.比较两组血液净化效果、护理效果和生活质量评分.结果:观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组各项血液净化指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组知识掌握情况、护理效果均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过对尿毒症血液净化患者实施全面护理,能够显著提高血液透析效果,改善患者生活质量.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of different blood purification nursing modes in the purification of uremic patients.Methods:From May 2018 to May 2019,82 uremic patients treated with blood purification were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 41 cases in each.The control group was given routine care,the observation group was given comprehensive care.We compared the blood purification effect,nursing effect and quality of life score between the two groups.Results:The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood purification indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The knowledge master and nursing effect of the observation group were better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing of uremic patients with blood purification can significantly improve the effect of hemodialysis and the quality of life of patients.
