摘　　要：目的:分析常规护理结合中医护理干预在肺癌患者化疗胃肠道反应中的应用效果.方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治肺癌患者60例,随机分为两组各30例.对照组采取常规化疗护理;试验组在对照组基础上增加中医护理.对比两组护理效果.结果:试验组胃肠道反应方面护理效果优于对照组,试验组负性情绪显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肺癌患者采取常规护理与中医护理相结合方法,可以有效改善患者胃肠道不适反应,使患者负性情绪得到有效降低,从而使治疗依从性更好.Objective:To analyze the application effect of routine nursing combined with Chinese medicine nursing intervention on chemotherapy gastrointestinal reaction in patients with lung cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,60 cases of lung cancer were selected,randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each.The control group took routine chemotherapy care.The experimental group increased Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.Comparing the effects of two groups of care.Results:The nursing effect of the gastrointestinal response in the experimental group was better than the control group,negative emotion in the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of routine nursing and Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the patient's gastrointestinal discomfort response,so that the patient's negative emotion can be effectively reduced and the treatment compliance is better.
