神经内科重症患者肠内营养的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨神经内科重症患者肠内营养的护理措施.方法:2018年1月-2019年6月选取神经内科肠内营养支持治疗重症患者100例,随机分为两组各50例.两组患者均给予肠内营养治疗,留置鼻胃管,并且补充鼻饲液营养液.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理.比较两组治疗前后营养指标水平及并发症发生情况.结果:两组患者护理前血清总蛋白、白蛋白、血红蛋白和尿素水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组护理后血清总蛋白、白蛋白明显升高,且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:加强针对性护理干预可以提高神经内科重症患者肠内营养护理质量,值得临床推广.Objective:To explore the nursing measures of enteral nutrition for severe patients in the department of neurology.Methods:100 cases of severe patients who were treated with enteral nutrition support in the department of neurology were selected from January 2018 to June 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.ALL patients in both groups were given enteral nutrition treatment,given a nasogastric tube,and supplemented with nasal feeding nutrient solution.The control group received routine care,the observation group received targeted care.We compared nutritional indexes and complications between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:There were no significant differences in serum total protein,albumin,hemoglobin and urea levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The serum total protein and albumin increased significantly in the observation group after treatment,and was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Strengthening the targeted nursing intervention can improve the quality of enteral nutrition nursing for severe patients in neurology,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
