社区慢性病防治中家庭保健员的作用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析社区慢性病防治中家庭保健员的作用.方法:2011-2018年每年在辖区居民中招收25~30名家庭保健员,共招收200名家庭保健员,进行6次课程培训作为家庭保健员组.另外每年设25~30名(共200名)非家保人员作为对照组.观察两组效果.结果:家庭保健员组培训后答题正确率显著高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).入组前两组摄盐量、收缩压、甘油三酯水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);1年后,家庭保健员组摄盐量、收缩压、甘油三酯水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在社区慢性病防治工作开展过程中,家庭保健员起到积极意义,值得推广.Objective:To analyze the role of family health care workers in the prevention and treatment of community chronic diseases.Methods:25~30 family health workers were recruited from the residents in the area from 2011 to 2018,and 200 family health workers were recruited.Six training sessions were conducted as the family health worker group.In addition,25~30(200 in total)non domestic security personnel were set as the control group every year.We observed the training effect of the two groups.Results:The correct rate of answering questions after training for family health workers was significantly higher than before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in salt intake,systolic blood pressure and triglyceride levels between the two groups before enrollment(P>0.05).One year later,the salt intake,systolic blood pressure and triglyceride level of the family health care workers group were significantly higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of community chronic disease prevention and control,family health care workers play a positive role,which is worth popularizing.
