摘 要:介绍了发动机装配检测一体化系统的整体架构与设计。开发了作为系统核心部件的气体静压轴承的工艺新方法,利用大型数控光学加工机床,得到光学级气浮工作面,实现高精度气浮转台制造。以此为基础,研制具有高精度、高可靠性、高易用性、可定制特性的发动机装配检测一体化系统,突破国产航空发动机装配工艺及其装备制造技术瓶颈。针对压气机转子开展装配试验,将多级装配体的累积径向跳动误差降低46%,累积同轴度误差降低30%,验证了装配系统与装配工艺的有效性。The integration system of engine assembly and inspection is introduced.A new technology of aerostatic bearing,which is the core part of the system,is developed.By using a large-scale optical processing machine tool,an optical aerostatic working surface is obtained,and a high-precision aerostatic rotary table is manufactured.On this basis,the integration system of engine assembly and inspection with high precision,high reliability,high usability and high customizable characteristics is developed,which breaks through the bottleneck of domestic aeroengine assembly process and equipment manufacturing technique.According to the assembly experiment of the compressor rotor,the accumulative radial runout error of the multi-stage assembly body is reduced by 46%,and the accumulative coaxiality error is reduced by 30%,which verifies the effectiveness of the assembly system and the assembly process.
