摘  要:【目的】分析影响大根报春苣苔扦插成活的因素,优化其扦插繁殖技术,为其在生产上应用提供技术支持。【方法】以大根报春苣苔叶片为材料,采用正交试验设计,进行两组试验。其中,泥炭(1.0、2.0和3.0 L)(A1、A2和A3水平)、珍珠岩(0.5、1.0和1.5 L)(B1、B2和B3水平)、蛭石(0.5、1.0和1.5 L)(C1、C2和C3水平)3种不同基质组分为第一组试验;叶片部位(上部、中部和下部)(D1、D2和D3水平),泥炭∶珍珠岩∶蛭石体积比=2∶1∶1、4∶2∶1、6∶3∶1(E1、E2和E3水平),及植物生长调节剂浓度(100、200和300 mg/L)(F1、F2和F3水平)3个因素为第二组试验。分析各因素对大根报春苣苔扦插成活率、子株数和新叶总数的影响,并筛选出最优组合。【结果】在基质组分的试验中,泥炭对大根报春苣苔扦插成活率、子株数和新叶总数均有显著影响(P<0.05,下同),珍珠岩对扦插成活率有显著影响,而蛭石对扦插成活率、子株数和新叶总数均无显著影响(P>0.05,下同);不同基质成分对大根报春苣苔扦插效果的影响表现为泥炭>珍珠岩>蛭石,扦插基质以泥炭:珍珠岩:蛭石体积比6∶3∶2为最佳。在3个因素试验中,IBA+NAA浓度对新叶总数有显著影响;基质对扦插成活率、子株数和新叶总数均无显著影响;叶片部位对子株数和新叶总数有显著影响,但对扦插成活率无显著影响;不同因素对扦插效果的影响表现为叶片部位>IBA+NAA浓度>基质,最佳扦插组合为采用叶片上部,以100 mg/L的IBA和NAA等量混合处理,扦插基质为泥炭、珍珠岩、蛭石配比为2∶1∶1的混合基质。【结论】不同因素对大根报春苣苔扦插效果的影响有所不同,其中泥炭对扦插效果的影响最明显。筛选出的最佳基质配比及最佳扦插组合适合在大根报春苣苔产业化育苗中推广应用。【Objective】To study the factors affecting the survival of cutting of Primulina macrorhiza(D.Fang&D.H.Qin)Mich.Möller&A.Weber,optimize its cutting propagation technology,and provide technical basis for production.【Method】The leaves of P.macrorhiza were used as materials,and two groups of experiments were carried out by orthogonal design.Each group of experiments had three levels of factors.Peat(1.0,2.0 and 3.0 L)(A1,A2 and A3 levels),perlite(0.5,1.0 and 1.5 L)(B1,B2 and B3 levels)and vermiculite(0.5,1.0 and 1.5 L)(C1,C2 and C3 levels)were the first group of experiments.Leaf position(upper leaves,middle leaves and lower leaves)(D1,D2 and D3 levels),matrix peat∶perlite∶vermiculite=2∶1∶1,4∶2∶1 and 6∶3∶1(E1,E2 and E3 levels)and plant growth regulator concentration(100,200 and 300 mg/L)(F1,F2 and F3 levels)were the second group.The survival rate of cutting survival rate,and the number of offspring and number of new leaves were analyzed.The optimal combination was selected.【Result】In the experiment of substrate components,peat had significant influence on cutting survival rate,and the number of new plant and number of new leaves(P<0.05,the same below),perlite had significant influence on survival rate,vermiculite had no significant influence on cutting survival rate,and the number of new plant and number of new leaves(P>0.05,the same below).The effects of different substrate components on cutting effect was peat>perlite>vermiculite.Peat∶perlite∶vermiculite with 6∶3∶2 ratio was the best cutting medium.In the three factor experiments,the concentration of IBA+NAA had a significant effect on the new leaves number;the substrate had no significant effect on cutting survival rate,and the number of new plant and number of new leaves;the leaf position had significant effect on the number of new plant and new leaves number,but had no significant effect on the survival rate.In the experiment of three factors,the order of influence on the three indexes was leaf position>IBA+NAA concentration>sub
