摘 要:提出采用费用-效益费评价准则,通过构建沥青路面预防性养护决策模型进行高等级公路沥青路面的预防性养护决策评价。基于等效年度费用法进行费用计算,通过建立层次分析法(AHP)的三层评价体系结构,从技术、环境和经济三方面建立预防性养护指标的宏观和微观评价体系,根据方案层选定的10种典型养护技术指标建立矩阵模型,进行指标权重的费用-效益预测计算,确定预防养护技术的最优方案。通过实例验证获得了某一高速路段的预防养护方案技术指标评价分值,即稀浆封层>微表层>输入封层>雾状封层>石屑封层>沥青再生剂>THMO>复合封层>超薄磨耗层>灌封或封缝。确定采用稀浆封层为最佳的预防养护方案。In this paper,the cost-benefit evaluation criterion is used to evaluate the preventive maintenance decision of high-grade highway asphalt pavement by constructing the preventive maintenance decision model of asphalt pavement.Based on the equivalent annual cost method,the cost calculation is carried out,and the macro and micro evaluation system of preventive maintenance index is established from three aspects of technology,environment and economy by establishing the three-tier evaluation system structure of analytic hierarchy process(AHP).According to the 10 typical maintenance technical indexes selected by the scheme layer,the matrix model is established,and the cost-benefit prediction calculation of index weight is carried out to determine the optimal scheme of preventive maintenance technology.An example is given to verify that a certain one is obtained.Evaluation score of technical index of prevention and maintenance scheme for high-speed section,i.e.slurry sealing layer>micro surface layer>input sealing layer>fog seal layer>stone chip seal layer>asphalt regeneration agent>THMO>composite seal layer>ultra-thin abrasion layer>filling or sealing.Determine the best preventive and maintenance scheme to use slurry sealing layer.
