摘 要:【目的】基于叶片解剖结构与植物抗旱性具有相关性,对叶片解剖结构进行综合评价,预测植物的抗旱性,为油茶的抗旱品种选育提供参考依据。【方法】以岑软系列9个油茶优良无性系为试材,采用石蜡切片技术,利用扫描电镜、光学显微镜观测叶片17项解剖结构,应用变异系数、相关分析和聚类分析对叶片解剖结构指标进行筛选,采用隶属函数对各无性系的抗旱性进行综合评价。【结果】油茶叶片为典型的异面叶,上表皮较厚,下表皮薄,气孔仅分布于下表皮,气孔器小而密集;通过聚类分析将17项指标分为3类,各类中相关指数最大的指标分别为叶片厚度、气孔开度、栅海比,因此三者为影响各无性系抗旱性的主要叶片解剖结构性状。【结论】根据平均隶属度综合评价9个油茶无性系抗旱性强弱顺序为:岑软ZJ11>岑软ZJ24>岑软2号>岑软22号>岑软3-62>岑软11号>岑软3号>岑软24号>岑软ZJ14。【Objective】Based on the correlation between leaf anatomical structure and plant drought resistance,the leaf anatomical structure was comprehensively evaluated to predict drought resistance of the plant,which provided a reference for drought-resistant varieties breeding of Camellia oleifera.【Method】17 anatomical structure indexes of 9‘Cenruan’series superior clones were observed by scanning by electron and optical microscope,and using paraffin section technique.These leaf anatomical structure indexes were evaluated by coefficient of variation,correlation,hierarchical clustering,and Fuzzy subordinate function for each clones.【Result】Tea-oil Camellia had typical bifacial leaf,with the upper epidermis was thicker than the lower one.The stomata were found in the lower epidermis only,and stomatal apparatus was small and dense.Through cluster analysis,17 indicators were divided into three categories,and indicators with the largest correlation coefficients were respectively leaf thickness,stomatal aperture,and ratio of palisade tissue to spongy issue,which were found to be the main factors related to the drought resistance.【Conclusion】Throuth comprehensive evaluation based on average membership degree,the strong-to-weak order of drought resistance in the 9 clones was:ZJ11>ZJ24>Cenruan 2>Cenruan 22>3-62>Cenruan 11>Cenruan 3>Cenruan 24>ZJ14,based on the Fuzzy subordinate function.
