摘 要:既有站场改造工程多为营业线施工,施工安全风险远高于新建工程。集团公司对施工组织方案质量要求极高,方案审查也更为严谨。信号专业为铁路行车指挥的技术核心,而既有动车段高修场信号改造有着自身的特殊性,因此结合上海动车高级修场配套能力改造工程实施过程,对既有动车段高修场信号改造施工方案进行简单的探讨。Most of the railway yard renovation projects are operating line construction, and the construction safety risk is much higher than that of the new project. The group company has a high quality requirement for the construction organization scheme, and the scheme review is more rigorous. Signal system is the Technology core of railway traffic control, meanwhile the transformation of existing signal system for high repair yard of EMU depot has its own particularity. Therefore, combined with the implementation process of Shanghai high repair yard supporting capacity transformation project, the signal transformation construction scheme of existing high repair yard of EMU depot is simply discussed.
