摘 要:本研究采用分散法制备了一种棕色陶瓷墨水,制取固含量分别为35%、40%和45%的三份试样。对样品的粒径大小、粒径分布、粘度、表面张力、悬浮稳定性以及呈色效果分别进行表征分析。研究表明:陶瓷墨水固含量增加,其颗粒粒径减小且粒径分布变窄,粘度和表面张力增大;悬浮稳定性变差;该棕色陶瓷墨水固含量为40%时和国外某知名品牌的同色系墨水色调最接近。A brown ceramic ink was prepared by inkjet printing technology, and three samples with solid content of 35%, 40% and 45% were prepared. The particle size, Particle size distribution, Viscosity, Surface tension, Suspension stability, Brownian motion of ink particles were characterized and analyzed. The results showed that the solid content of ceramic ink increased, the particle size decreased and the particle size distribution narrowed, the viscosity and surface tension increased, and the suspension stability of ink decreased. The higher the solid content, the thicker the centrifugal precipitation layer, the smaller the Brownian motion space, the weaker the ability, and the worse the suspension stability.When the solid content of brown ceramic ink is 40% in this experiment, it is the closest to the color of the same color ink of a famous foreign brand.
