摘　　要：“治未病”理论是祖国医学的瑰宝,具体体现在“未病先防、既病早治、已病防传、病瘥防复”四个方面,而脾胃调理是中医理论体系的重要内容。通过查阅古籍和相关文献,本文从“治未病”含义、脾胃调理与脏腑健康的关系、“治未病”理论的实践措施等方面进行综述。“Preventive treatment of disease”theory is the treasure of traditional Chinese medicine,which is embodied in four aspectsof prevention before disease,early treatment of both disease,prevention and transmission of disease,prevention and recovery of disease.Spleen and stomach regulation is an important part of the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine.By consulting ancient books and related literature,this paper summarizes the meaning of“Preventive treatment of diseases”,the relationship between spleen and stomach regulation and viscera health,and the practical measures of"preventive treatment of diseases"theory.
