网络新闻视野中的“一带一路”——基于杨百翰大学NOW语料库检索分析

摘　　要：杨百翰大学致力于各种英语语料库的研究,其中现有语料库中包含了从2010年至今网络报刊杂志上的50亿词的数据,并以每天500~600万词的速度增长。语料库为检索和分析给定的词汇和表达提供了一种可行的方法。检索了“一带一路”的官方版本以及现有语料库中该术语的其他常用版本,根据词频和MI值对与该词搭配的名词、形容词和动词进行了分类,在此基础上探讨共现主题的特征和行为。希望通过本次研究,从国际的角度更好地理解“一带一路”。Brigham Yang University dedicates itself to the study of a variety of English corpuses,among which the NOW corpus contains 5.0 billion words of data from web-based newspapers and magazines from 2010 to the present time and grows by about 5~6 million words of data each day.NOW corpus offers a feasible way to retrieve and analyze the given words and expressions This paper retrieves the official version of"the Belt and Road"Initiative as well as other frequently used version of this term in the NOW corpus.The nouns,adjectives and verbs collocated with this term have been sorted and classified respectively in terms of frequency and MI value.On such basis,this paper endeavors to explore the co-occurring themes characteristics and behaviors.It is hoped this study can facilitate a better understanding of"the Belt and Road"in the international perspective.
