摘 要:通过动电位循环极化实验,对TP304不锈钢热网加热器在城市中水中的极化特征进行了研究,得到了95℃下TP304换热管和换热板在城市中水中的点蚀临界Cl^质量浓度,同时考察了金属表面粗糙度和城市中水pH值对TP304换热管点蚀敏感性的影响。结果表明:TP304不锈钢的点蚀敏感性随着Cl^–质量浓度的升高而增加;TP304材质表面状态和城市中水pH值对点蚀临界Cl^–质量浓度具有显著影响;随着金属表面粗糙度的增加和城市中水pH值的降低,临界点蚀Cl^–质量浓度急剧下降。The polarization characteristics of TP304 stainless steel heat exchanger in urban reclaimed water were studied by potentiodynamic cyclic polarization test The pitting critical Cl-mass concentration of TP304 heat pipe and heat plate in urban reclaimed water at 95℃ were obtained.Moreover,the efifects of metal surface roughness and urban reclaimed water pH value on pitting corrosion sensitivity of the TP304 heat exchanger tube were investigated.The results show that,the pitting corrosion sensitivity of the TP304 stainless steel increased with the Cl-mass concentration.The surface state of the TP304 steel and the pH value of the urban reclaimed water had a significant effect on the critical Cl-mass concentration of pitting corrosion.With the increase of metal surface roughness and the decrease of the pH value of urban reclaimed water,the critical Cl-mass concentration of pitting corrosion decreased sharply.
