摘  要:燃烧器喷出的煤粉与炉内热流的混合效果对煤粉着火位置、着火速率、燃烧稳定性和燃烧效率具有重要影响,目前缺乏对这种混合效果的量化评价方法,为此提出了一种根据煤粉燃烧火焰图像来评价混合效果的方法。根据火焰图像特征,确定了火焰图像中用于评价混合效果的测量区域,在该区域内建立了反映混合效果的灰度参量和灰度位置分布参量,并由这2个参数构建了一个可量化评价混合效果的混合系数。实际应用表明:该方法能够有效地评价混合效果,为锅炉精细化燃烧优化提供了一种可量化控制的全新燃烧状态空间参量。The mixture effect of pulverized coal injected from burners and heat flux in furnace greatly affect the ignition position,ignition rate,combustion stability and efficiency of pulverized coals.Currently there5s lack of quantitative method to evaluate the mixture result.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a method evaluating the mixture effect of pulverized coal and heat flux based on combustion flame image.The measurement region in the combustion image is selected to evaluate the mixture effect according to the combustion flame image feature.In the region,the gray parameters and gray position distribution parameters which reflect the mixture result are built,and finally a mixture coefficient which can quantitatively evaluate the mixture result is constructed with the gray parameters and gray position distribution parameters.The application result shows that,this evaluation method can efiectively evaluate the mixture effect,which provides a new combustion state space parameter that can be controlled quantitatively for boiler fine combustion optimization.
