摘 要:离子交换树脂的清洗特性是评价树脂品质的重要指标之一。本文提出了树脂清洗特性的试验及评价方法:用总体积为5 BV的除盐水以(1.5±0.1) m L/(cm^2·min)的淋洗强度淋洗200 mL树脂试样,连续监测淋洗流出液的电导率,收集所有的淋洗流出液;以淋洗动力学常数及床容积5 BV淋洗点电导率,表征树脂清洗的难易程度,以淋洗流出总液的电导率、总有机碳(TOC)或紫外吸光值(UV(254))表征树脂溶出物的总量;通过树脂淋洗流出总液的UV-Vis谱图与TOC的关联分析,可反映树脂溶出物种类的差异。该方法可为新树脂的选型和树脂的验收提供参考。The cleaning property of ion exchange resins is one of the most significant indexes to evaluate the resin quality. The test and evaluation method for the resin cleaning property was proposed. In this method, a total volume of five-bed volumes (5BV) demineralized water was applied to leach 200 mL resin samples at the leaching strength of (1.5±0.1) mL/(cm^2·min). The conductivity of the leaching effluent was on-line monitored. All the leaching effluent was collected. The leaching kinetic constant and the conductivity at 5 BV were used to characterize the difficulty of resin cleaning. The conductivity and total organic carbon (TOC) content or ultraviolet absorption value (UV254) of the total leaching effluent were used to characterize the amount of resin leachables. The correlation analysis between UV-Vis spectra and TOC of the total leaching effluent can reflect the species difference of the resin leachables. This method can provide references for selection and acceptance of new resins.
