摘  要:针对某电厂超临界350MW机组锅炉受热面严重结渣问题,从设计、安装、运行及燃料等方面进行现场调查,在初步分析的基础上,搭建积灰试验台开展模拟积灰试验,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对积灰样品进行了分析。结果表明:某新疆煤具有较高的积灰沾污倾向,长时间掺烧易结渣煤种是此次锅炉严重结渣的主要原因;锅炉配风方式不合理、高氧量运行、一二次风比率失调等是造成锅炉结渣的次要原因。通过优化配风、降低氧量、加强吹灰及调整一二次风配比,削弱了炉内燃烧强度,降低了炉膛出口烟温,结渣情况得到较大程度改善。In order to solve the problem of serious slagging on heating surface of a supercritical 350 MW unit boiler in a power plant, field investigation was carried out from aspects of design, installation, operation and fuel. On the basis of preliminary conclusions, a test bench for simulating ash accumulation was built up and the experiments were carried out. The samples of ash accumulation were analyzed by SEM and XRD. The results show that, a coal in Xinjiang has a high tendency of ash accumulation, long-term co-firing the coal which easily slags is the main reason for the serious slagging of the boiler, and other items such as unreasonable air distribution mode, high oxygen operation and imbalance of primary to secondary air ratio during the boiler operation are the secondary cause. By optimizing the air distribution, reducing the oxygen content, strengthening the soot blowing and adjusting the ratio of primary to secondary air volume, the combustion intensity in the furnace was weakened, the flue gas temperature at the outlet of the furnace was lowered, and the slagging situation was greatly improved.
