摘  要:近年来,SiO2纳米颗粒以稳泡能力强、耐温和抗盐效果好等特点而备受关注,表现出极高性价比和广阔应用前景。为了提高三相纳米泡沫体系与SZ36-1油田储层适应性和封堵效果,以无机材料学、物理化学和油藏工程等为理论指导,以化学分析、仪器分析和物理模拟等为技术手段,以目标油藏储层和流体为模拟对象,开展了三相纳米泡沫堵水效果及其影响因素研究和机理分析。结果表明,随堵水剂注入量增大,堵水后含水率下降幅度增大,采收率增大,但增幅逐渐减小。从技术经济角度考虑,堵水剂段塞尺寸应在0.1 PV左右。随堵水剂注入速度增大,采收率增幅减小。因此,矿场堵水施工注入速度不宜过高,以减小堵水剂对非目的层的伤害。随堵水剂与顶替液交替注入次数增加,采收率增幅呈增加趋势。由此可见,堵水剂与顶替液交替注入有利于提高泡沫堵水效果。In recent years, SiO2 nano-particles have attracted much attention due to their excellent foam stabilization, temperature resistance and salt resistance, and furthermore it shows high cost performance and broad application prospects. In order to improve the adaptability and plugged effects between the three-phase nano-foam system and the reservoirs in Oilfield SZ36-1, guided by the theories of inorganic material science, physiochemistry,reservoir engineering and so on, taking chemical and instrumental analyses, physical simulation and so forth as the technical methods, regarding the target reservoir and fluid as the simulated object, the water plugged effect of the three-phase nano-foam and its influencing factors and moreover the mechanism analysis were carried out. The results show that with the increase of the water plugging agent injection, the water cut decreases and the recovery increases, but the incremental increase decreases gradually. From the technical and economic points of view, the slug size of the water plugging agent should be about 0.1 PV. With the rise the injection speed of the agent, the incremental degree of the recovery decreases. Therefore the speed should not be too high in the field operation, so as to reduce the harm of the water plugging agent to the non-target layers. With the increase of the number of the alternate injection between the water plugging agent and replacing fluid, the recovery shows the tendency of increase. It can be seen that the alternate injection between the water plugging agent and replacing fluid is beneficial to improve the effects of the water plugging foam.
