摘  要:在现有的4000吨/年东洋纺间接纺生产线上生产3.33 dtex吸光发热中空纤维,本文探讨了纺丝及后加工工艺对产品质量和运行状况的影响。结果表明:发热粒子的加入对纺丝熔体的可纺性能、组件过滤情况及后加工的牵伸性能影响明显。适当调整熔体输送和热媒温度、降低组件的初始压力、合理调整后牵伸倍率可以优化生产运行,生产出符合要求的产品。通过阳光下照射与远红外灯照射对比测试,纤维的升温及保温效果提升明显。Based on the production of 3.33 dtex light absorbing and heating hollow fiber by 4000 t/a Toyobo indirect spinning production line,we discussed the influences of spinning and post-processing technology on product quality and operation status.The results showed that the addition of hot particles had an obvious effect on the spinnability of the spinning melt,the filtration of the module and the drafting performance of the post-processing.Proper adjustment of melt conveying and heat medium temperature,reduction of initial pressure of components,and reasonable adjustment of draft ratio could optimize production operation and produced qualified products.Compared with the far infrared lamp,the temperature rised and heat preservation effect of the fiber were improved obviously.
