B2C电商自营物流的发展问题及对策——以1号店为例

摘　　要：在国内越来越多B2C电商企业发展自营物流的背景下,以1号店为例分析其自营物流发展现状及存在问题,建设合理规划自营物流系统,控制投资风险;完善物流信息系统建设,保证消费便利与信息安全;加强自营物流人力资源管理,建设专业化队伍;注重系统优化与细节管理,提升自营物流服务水平的建议。Nowadays,more and more domestic B2C E-commerce enterprises develop their own logistics system.Under this the background,this paper analyzes the status and problem of B2C E-commerce self-logistics by taking 1-shop as an example,and puts forward the following countermeasures to enhance the service level of self-logistics.These countermeasures include:rationally planning of the construction of self-logistics system to control the investment risk,improving the construction of logistics information system to ensure consume convenience and information safety,improiving human resources management of self-logistics to construct a professional team,paying attention to system optimization and detail management to improve the ability of self-logistics service.
