摘　　要：结合教育部卓越法律人才培养计划的目标要求和我国当前法律人才实践教学现状,分析我国当前地方高校法学专业实践教学存在的目标差距和问题原因,解决目标不高、课程体系科学性不足,实践教学手段落后问题。并建立相应的解决方案。In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s goals and requirements in the program of training outstanding legal talents as well as the current situation for the practice teaching of legal talents in our country,this paper analyzes the gap in the goal,problems and causes in the practice teaching of law specialty in local colleges,and puts forward corresponding solutions to address such problems as not high aims,the scientifically inadequate curriculum system,and backward teaching methods in practical teaching.
