摘  要:为了对商场会员购买力进行评价,通过商场会员最近一次消费时间间隔、消费频率、消费金额及单次最高消费额四个影响因素进行了研究,首先运用层次分析法构造判断矩阵,再借助MATLAB软件计算得到四个影响因素对商场会员购买力的权重系数,最后根据此权重系数建立了商场会员购买力的多元线性回归数学模型。根据此数学模型可以计算得到商场会员购买力得分,购买力得分越高表明商场会员价值越高,能为商场管理者进行会员价值识别提供帮助。In order to evaluate the purchasing power of shopping mall members, according to the latest consumption time interval,consumption frequency,consumption amount and one-time maximum consumption amount,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the judgment matrix at first. Then, the weight coefficient of the four influencing factors on the purchasing power of mall members is calculated by MATLAB software. Finally,a mathematical model of multiple linear regression of shopping mall members’ purchasing power is established according to the weight coefficient. According to this multiple linear regression mathematical model, the purchasing power score of the mall members can be calculated. The higher the purchasing power score is,the higher the membership value of the mall is,which can provide help for the mall managers to identify the membership value.
