摘 要:涤/棉纱线染色常采用二浴法,纱线色牢度较好,但时间长、用料多,不符合低碳环保的要求。采用分散/活性一浴一步染色新工艺,以期缩短染色时间、节约能源、减少污水排放、降低成本。通过研究染浴pH、元明粉质量浓度等对染色效果的影响,对市售常用的分散、活性染料进行了筛选。研究结果表明,涤棉纱线一浴一步法染色的较佳工艺为:染浴pH=9,元明粉质量浓度15 g/L,130℃染色30 min。在弱碱性条件下染色,低聚物容易水解,无需还原清洗。采用染料用量为1%(omf)、2%(omf)、3%(omf)进行染色,一浴一步法的染色效果与二浴法相当,满足实际生产要求。The dyeing of polyester/cotton yarns is often carried out by the two-bath method. The yarn has good color fastness, but the dyeing time is long and its preparation has large consumption, which does not meet the requirements of low carbon environmental protection. A new one-bath-one-step dyeing method with disperse/reactive dyes is adopted to shorten the dyeing time, save energy, reduce sewage discharge and cost. The commercial available disperse and reactive dyes are screened by investigating the dyeing effects of dyeing bath pH and mass concentration of sodium sulfate. The results show that the optimal one-bath-one-step dyeing method of polyester/cotton yarn is as follows: the dyeing bath pH=9, the mass concentration of sodium sulfate 15 g/L, and the dyeing is carried out at 130 ℃ for 30 min. In weak alkaline condition,the oligomer is easily hydrolyzed without reduction cleaning. Dyeing with 1%(omf), 2%(omf), 3%(omf) of dyes, the onebath one-step dyeing effect is equivalent to the two-bath method, meeting the actual production requirements.
