新发展理念指导下乡村产业振兴对策研究

摘　　要：产业兴旺是乡村振兴战略的首要任务,振兴乡村产业能为乡村的发展提供持续发展的动力。我国乡村产业振兴既迎来了“一带一路”的发展平台,又面临着产业振兴缺乏活力、区域和产业发展不协调、产业发展生态环境损伤过大、农民参与感和获得感有待提高等问题。在新发展理念指导下,乡村产业振兴要构建新模式新业态,推动城乡产业协调发展,兼顾产业振兴与生态保护,增进国际交流与合作,政企民合力推进乡村产业振兴。Industrial prosperity is the primary task of rural revitalization strategy.Revitalizing rural industries can provide sustainable development for rural development.The revitalization of rural industry in China has not only ushered in the development platform of“the Belt and Road”,but also faces the lack of vitality in industrial revitalization,the uncoordinated development of regional and industrial development,the excessive damage to the ecological environment of industrial development,the sense of participation of business entities and the need to gain awareness.Under the guidance of the new development concept,this paper proposes that rural industrial revitalization should build a new model and new business mode,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural industries,take into account industrial revitalization and ecological protection,enhance international exchanges and cooperation,and promote the countermeasures of rural industrial revitalization by government and enterprises.
