摘  要:通过分析330 MW发电机组内冷水处理系统运行状况,提出了其存在的典型问题,并针对问题采取了技术改造措施,将原有的小混床处理工艺改成了并列式分床处理工艺。技术改造实施以来,水质全面达标,取得了很好的实际效果,为发电机安全运行提供了保障,可作为同类型机组内冷水处理装置选型借鉴。By analyzing the operation status of internal cooling water treatment system of 330 MW generating unit,the typical problems are put forward,and technical reformation measures are taken to solve the problems.The original small mixed bed treatment process is changed into parallel separate bed treatment process.Since the implementation of the technical transformation for two years,the water quality has reached the standard in an all-round way and achieved good practical results,which provides a guarantee for the safe operation of generators and can be used as a reference for the selection of internal cooling water treatment devices of the same type of units.
