摘 要:论文主要阐述了太西洗煤厂现有直接浮选工艺流程存在入浮水量大、入浮浓度低的问题。通过半直接浮选工艺改造及应用减少入浮水量和提高入浮浓度,实现降低浮选药耗、提高尾矿灰分的良好效果。探索实践煤泥水工艺流程发现,不同煤质下煤泥水工艺可灵活调整,减少生产环节。This paper mainly expounds the problems existing in the existing direct flotation process of Taixi Coal Washing Plant,such as large quantity of floating water and low concentration of floating water.Through the modification and application of semi-direct flotation process,the floating water quantity is reduced and the floating concentration is increased,thus achieving the good effects of reducing the consumption of flotation reagents and increasing the ash content of tailings.The exploration and practice of slime water process shows that slime water process under different coal quality can be flexibly adjusted to reduce production links.
