摘　　要：作者从某大型水面舰艇与医院卫生技术干部双向交流任职具有全维迫切需求出发,阐述了双向交流任职的4个模式特征、组织体系和运行机制,并提出了双向交流任职中需要关注解决的任职时间、轮换形式、人员考评及福利待遇问题,为今后大型水面舰艇卫生技术干部任职和培养提供经验借鉴。This article from the urgent need of the two-way communication between the medical technical cadres of a large surface ship and hospital states the characteristics,organizational system and operation mechanism of the four modes of two-way communication,and put forward some problems that need to be solved in the use of two-way communication,such as the length of service,the form of rotation,personnel evaluation and welfare benefits.It can be used for reference for the position and training of health technical cadres of large surface ships in the future.
